Same Day ShippingMost orders placed before 3:00pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm PST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
* Item weight is calculated by dimensional shipping weight. Please note that certain over-size items will have additional shipping costs and will only be shipped standard.
** Delivery time for military mail varies and can take up to several weeks depending on your location.
Free Economy ShippingFor a limited time, our free shipping offer is available for all qualified orders over $75.00 shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. Free shipping does not apply to orders for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, Post Office Box addresses, oversized orders, expedited orders or orders shipping internationally. Oversized orders or orders that must be shipped in multiple shipments also may not qualify for free shipping. If your order is subject to additional shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible following completion of your order.
This is our economy shipping service, starting at just $3.99. We use several different carriers to ship packages including FedEx, UPS and the USPS. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Transit times for this service are typically 6-9 business days. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.
This shipping option is available for orders with delivery addresses within the U.S. The charge for this shipping method starts at $9.99. This service utilizes the USPS & Fedex for delivery and transit times are typically from 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery for Fedex Ground is 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (please see map below for the timeframe to your location); 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times for residential addresses with Fedex Home Delivery are Tuesday-Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Delivery to commercial addresses are Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
Express Shipping Services
Delivery is next day for Overnight, 2 days for 2 Day, and 3 days for Express 3 Day. Please note that these are business days and that Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. Saturday service is available to some areas, but you need to contact us after placing your order and request this service (additional fees will apply). Shipping charges are calculated directly from Fedex and the USPS and are based on the size and weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.
Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping times to locations outside the contiguous United States will be longer. Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail parcels. Shipping charges are calculated with USPS current rates and are based on the size and shipping weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
Parties4Kids does not charge duties and/or taxes (VAT) with your order. If these charges are applicable to your order you will be required to pay them before receiving your order. Shipping time for international shipments does not include any delays that may occur in foreign customs. Please note that we also not responsible for any return fees for item(s) that are rejected by your country's customs department. If your package is deemed non-deliverable by the customs department, we will notify you and either have the package abandoned or have it shipped back - depending on return shipping costs. If package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund.Incorrect Shipment / Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Any claims for incorrect, missing or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Claims reported after 3 business days will not be accepted. Please report any incorrect/missing/damaged items to us at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
If the package arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at your earliest convenience at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include Package Damaged In Transit in your subject with your order number.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders that are returned due to incomplete address information or are refused will be subject to a restocking fee and all return shipping fees. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be given the option of having the order re-sent, however additional shipping charges will apply.
