Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed before 3:00pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 3:00pm PST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Free Ground Shipping
For a limited time, our free shipping offer is available for all qualified orders over $75.00 shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. Free shipping does not apply to orders for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, Post Office Box addresses, oversized orders, expedited orders or order shipping internationally. Oversized orders or orders that must be shipped in multiple shipments also may not qualify for free shipping. If your order is subject to additional shipping, you will be notified as soon as possible following completion of your order.

Flat Rate Economy Shipping
This is our flat rate economy shipping service. All qualified orders are only $6.99. We use several different carriers to ship packages including FedEx, UPS and the USPS. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Transit times for this service are typically 7-10 business days. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time. Packages sent with this service become your responsibility once handed to the shipping carrier, you assume all liability for damaged items.
Standard Shipping
This shipping option is available for orders with delivery addresses within the U.S. The charge for this shipping method ranges from $4.99 to $8.99 depending on the weight of your package. This service utilizes the USPS & Fedex for delivery and transit times are typically from 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
Ground Service
Typically we utilize Fedex Ground for delivery of our Ground Shipping Service, however we may utlize another shipping carrier for better service to your area. Delivery for Fedex Ground is 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. (please see map below for the timeframe to your location); 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times for residential addresses with Fedex Home Delivery are Tuesday–Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Delivery to commercial addresses are Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
FedEx Express Shipping Services
Delivery is next day for Fedex Express Overnight, 2 days for Fedex Express 2 Day, and 3 days for Fedex Express 3 Day. Please note that these are business days and that Fedex Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. Saturday service is available to some areas, but you need to contact us after placing your order and request this service (additional fees will apply). Shipping charges are calculated directly from Fedex and are based on the size and weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping
Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping times to locations outside the contiguous United States will be longer. Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail parcels. Shipping charges are calculated with USPS current rates and are based on the shipping weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
International Shipping
Yes we ship internationally. Order destined to countries outsite the U.S. & Canada must use Google Wallet to complete checkout. We utilize Fedex and the USPS for international shippments. USPS Priority Mail International is typically 6-12 business days and 5-8 business days for USPS Express Mail International. These are average delivery times and are NOT guaranteed. Please note that final delivery of these orders will be made by your local post. Fedex delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Parties4Kids does not charge duties and/or taxes (VAT) with your order. If these charges are applicable to your order you will be required to pay them before receiving your order. Please note that the shipping time for international shipments does not include any delays that may occur in foreign customs.
Incorrect Shipment / Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Any claims for incorrect, missing or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Claims reported after 3 business days will not be accepted. Please report any incorrect/missing/damaged items to us at
customer_service@parties4kids.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
If the package arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at your earliest convenience at
customer_service@parties4kids.com. Please include Package Damaged In Transit in your subject with your order number.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders that are returned due to incomplete address information or are refused will be subject to a restocking fee and all return shipping fees. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be given the option of having the order re-sent, however additional shipping charges will apply.
