Same Day Shipping
Most orders placed before 2:00pm PST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm PST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $75
Our free shipping offer is available for all qualified orders shipping to addresses in the continental U.S. Free shipping does not apply to orders for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO addresses, Post Office Box addresses, oversized orders or Expedited orders.
Free shipping is also not available for international orders. Orders that must be shipped in multiple shipments also do not qualify for free shipping. Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing before shipment.

Flat Rate Ecomony Shipping
We use several different carriers to ship packages including FedEx, UPS and the USPS. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). The charges for this shipping method are $6.95 for orders under $50.00 and $4.95 for order over $50.00. Shipping times are typically from 7-14 days depending on your location. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
Standard Shipping
We strive to deliver your package(s) in the most efficient way, however, we can't guarantee which carrier will be used when shipping via our standard delivery method. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). The charges for this shipping method are $4.99 plus $0.99 per pound. We use several different carriers to ship ground packages including FedEx, UPS and the USPS. Shipping times are typically from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
FedEx Express Shipping
Shipping time is 1 day for Fedex Express Overnight, 2 days for Fedex Express 2 Day, and 3 days for Fedex Express 3 Day. Please note that these are business days and that Fedex Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. Saturday service is available to some areas, but you need to contact us after placing your order and request this service (additional fees will apply). Shipping charges are calculated directly from Fedex and are based on the size and weight of your order.
FedEx Home Delivery
Shipping time is 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times are Tuesday–Saturday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time. Shipping charges are calculated with FedEx current rates and are based on the weight and size of your order.
USPS Priority Mail & Express Mail Shipping
Shipping time is usually 2-4 business days for Priority Mail and 1-2 business days for Express Mail. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail parcels, but does provide guaranteed delivery for Express Mail. Shipping charges are calculated with USPS current rates for either Priority or Express Mail and are based on the shipping weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.
Shipping time for USPS Priority Mail International is typically 6-10 business days and 5 business days for USPS Express Mail International. Please note that the shipping time for international shipments does not include time in foreign customs.
Incorrect Shipment / Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Any claims for incorrect, missing or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Claims reported after 3 business days will not be accepted. Please report any incorrect/missing/damaged items to us at
customer_service@parties4kids.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
If the package arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at your earliest convenience at
customer_service@parties4kids.com. Please include Package Damaged In Transit in your subject with your order number.
