Return Policy

We gladely accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to the following criteria to be eligible for refund:

  1. Item(s) must be in new, unused and unopened condition in original packaging.
  2. Return must be postmarked within 30 days of original order date.
  3. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany returned item(s).
  4. Unless otherwise notified, return shipping must be at customer's expense

The following items are NOT returnable:

  • candy or food products
  • item(s) that have been opened, worn or used
  • hair accessories
  • glow in the dark products
  • custom or personalized items
  • certain clearance only items

Item(s) returned that do not comply with the above conditions will not receive a refund. Customer may at their sole expense elect to have the item(s) shipped back to them. Products accepted for return will have refund issued to the original form of payment, minus delivery charges and possible restocking fee. Orders that received free shipping, whose return brings the order total below the free shipping offer will be subject to the cost of the original shipping.

Restocking Fee

All returned items may subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

In the event that an order is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, the customer will be given the option to have the order re-shipped (additional shipping fees) or to have the return refunded. The original shipping and any associated return fees, in addition to the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Defective / Damaged

All products are inspected prior to shipment, however in the unlikely event that an item is received damaged or is defective, please report to customer service within 3 business days of receipt so that we can rectify the problem.

*We highly recommend you use a trackable return method. If a return is lost or not delivered to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days of item receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on the credit card statement.
