We do not accept international or C.O.D. orders. We also do not accept checks or cash. We do accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Please note that the name Parties4All will appear on your credit card statement. You can also use the Secure Google Checkout feature that processes your payment through Google (learn more).
Be sure to provide your "exact" credit card number, expiration date, CCV code, and billing address that your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause a problem in credit validation, which may cause your order to be declined. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships.
We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of California. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of California, no tax will be charged.
We currently only ship to domestic addresses in the USA & Canada. All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or on major Holidays; orders received on these days will be processed on the next business day. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to address outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, etc.); these charges will be applied before your order is shipped and may be different from the listed shipping charges on your order.
Free Shipping
All qualified orders over $75.00 receive free ground shipping. To qualify for free shipping:
- Place at least $75.00 of items in your shopping cart.
- Shipping to an address in the continental U.S. (no PO Boxes)
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, a military address (APO/FPO), or a U.S. Protectorate such as Puerto Rico or a PO box do not qualify for free shipping.
We make every attempt to have every product listed on our site in stock, but occasionally we run out of some items. You will be notified if any item that you ordered is out of stock. You have the option of canceling the item or to have the item processed as a back-order. Typically, back-ordered items take between 1-3 weeks for shipment depending on the manufacturers supply.
There are some items that are individually marked on our site that are only available while supplies last. These items will not be back-ordered.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your order. You can return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt. We will be glad to replace the item, exchange it for new merchandise, or issue a full refund for merchandise (shipping charges are not refunded). Product exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees. Products may be returned for replacement or refund as follows.- Returned items will only be accepted in original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to adjust the amount of refund or return the item to you if it has obviously been opened or damaged.
- If possible, please advise us what was wrong with the item.
- You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.
- Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- If your original order received free shipping and your return reduces the order total below the qualified shipping offer of $75.00, we may deduct a shipping fee from your refund.

Make sure to securely package your items to be returned. You can print a shipping label here and then take the package to your local Post Office. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or e-mail confirmation. Packages sent COD or with postage due will be refused.
Parties4kids reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Our receipt of your order, and your receipt of our electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.
