We will only share your personal information with our employees and trusted service providers for the limited purposes of fulfilling your orders, providing customer service and completing credit card transactions.

Be sure to provide your "exact" credit card number, expiration date, CCV code, and billing address that your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause a problem in credit validation, which may cause your order to be declined.
We will only add tax to your order if you are having your items shipped to anywhere in the state of California. The tax will automatically be added to your order total on your order form during the checkout process. If your items are being shipped anywhere other than the state of California, no tax will be charged.
Out of Stock Items
Items shown as In-Stock are currently in inventory. Occasionally inventory errors do occur and an item is shown as in-stock when in fact it is on back-order. In the event of an inventory error you will be notified of the status of the item and the expected availability from the manufacturer. You will have the option of canceling the item, exchanging for a different item or to hold your order until stock arrives. If you elect to have split shipments of your order, you will be charged additional shipping for the secondary shipment(s).
Incorrect Shipment / Damaged Items
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. Any claims for incorrect, missing or damaged items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Claims reported after 3 business days will not be accepted. Please report any incorrect/missing/damaged items to us at
email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
If the package arrived damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us at your earliest convenience at
firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include Package Damaged In Transit in your subject with your order number.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders that are returned due to incomplete address information or are refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all return shipping fees. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be given the option of having the order re-sent, however additional shipping charges will apply.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your order. You can return an item for any reason within 45 days of receipt. We will be glad to replace the item, exchange it for new merchandise, or issue a full refund for merchandise (shipping charges are not refunded). Please note that Clearance Items cannot be returned unless damaged.
Product exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees. Products may be returned for replacement or refund with a completed
Return Form (requires Acrobat Reader) as follows.
- Returned items will only be accepted in original, unopened packaging. We reserve the right to adjust the amount of refund if it has obviously been opened or damaged.
- If possible, please advise us what was wrong with the item.
- You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We recommend that you insure the package and use a shipping method that provides tracking.
- Items returned after 45 days will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns after 90 days will not credited.
- If your original order received free shipping and your return reduces the order total below the qualified shipping offer of $75.00, we may deduct a shipping fee from your refund.
